Class Etiquette
To keep our classes safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to observe these class guidelines:
Before Class

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the class.

Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class.​

Grip socks are compulsory in all classes.
During Class

Listen to the instructor’s cues and move only under the instructor's guidance for safety.

If you are unsure or feel uncomfortable, express your concern freely to the instructor. They are there to help you to practice Pilates safely.

Keep your mobile devices on silent to avoid distractions.

You are welcome to take photos or videos of yourself before and after class or during breaks, provided it doesn’t disrupt others and the class. Photography or recording of other clients without their clear consent is strictly prohibited.

Respect personal space and equipment usage.

Keep conversations minimal to maintain a focused, calm environment.
After Class

Kindly wipe down your equipment with the provided sanitising spray and cloth.​

Return all props and equipment neatly to their original place before leaving the classroom.
Important Reminders

Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons and to ensure that everyone has a smooth and uninterrupted experience. Credits will not be refunded for late arrivals.​

Always practice within your comfort zone. Pilates is about mindful, quality movement.​

If you are feeling unwell or uneasy at any point, please inform the instructor immediately. Your safety is our priority, and we care about your well-being.​

Be kind, supportive, and encouraging to yourself, and others.
