Reformer Pilates Uses a moving carriage with springs and straps to create resistance. It’s a full-body workout focusing on strength, control, flexibility, and alignment. Great for anyone new to Pilates or looking for a balanced, dynamic session. 💪🏻
Chair & Barrel Pilates A class combining two specialised pieces of equipment:
Chair (Stability Chair): Expect core-focused, strength-building, and balance-challenging exercises in a more upright and seated position. 🧘🏻♀️
Barrel (Ladder Barrel): Excellent for opening up tight areas, improving spinal mobility, and deep core work. 🔥.
