We are offering a First Trial Class to anyone new to Kind Space! 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️
Join any of our group classes for just RM58. No commitment, no pressure. 😌
Come move, meet our instructors, and get a feel for what Kind Space is all about. ✨

✨ First time? Best to start simple! ✨
Start with Reformer Foundation, it’s made for first-timers and beginners! 💜 You will learn the essentials: breathing, alignment, and basic movements, all at a pace made for beginners.
✨ Craving something different than Reformer? ✨
Give Chair & Barrel Foundation or Classical Mat-Tower Foundation a go. Same friendly vibe, different equipments. Recommended only if you’ve done Mat or Reformer Pilates before.

While our group classes are NOT suitable during pregnancy🤰, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out. Private sessions are available! It’s more gentle, and personalised class for you and your changing body. ✨

Before you roll in...
Here are a few important house rules to take note of when you visit Kind Space:
1️⃣ Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and get ready for class. ⏰
2️⃣ Grip socks are required for every session. 🧦 It’s for your safety and hygiene.
3️⃣ Keep your phone on silent and give yourself a well-deserved break. 📵
4️⃣ If you are late more than 10 minutes, you won't be able to join the class (and your credit won't be refunded). 🚪❌ It’s for your safety and to keep the session smooth for everyone.
