The course presents how to teach the Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Reformer repertoire safely and effectively to a range of clients in both private and group settings. It will introduce the STOTT PILATES Movement System™, which provides a framework to creating intelligent and mindful exercise and serves as the foundation for tailored exercise programming. Date: 20 & 21 June 2026 Time: 8.30AM - 10.30AM 0.4 CECs (4 hours) English OVERVIEW Learn to replicate the majority of Essential-level exercises normally performed on the Cadillac using the Vertical Frame on any model of STOTT PILATES® Reformer. With this workshop, developed by the STOTT PILATES® Academy team, you can explore how the Roll-Down Bar, Push-Thru Bar, Arm and Leg Springs can add variety while targeting individual muscle groups and firing patterns.
